First, I want to thank everyone who came out to our house for the picnic.  It was a fantastic turnout with beautiful weather!

Come join us this weekend for a lovely tour through southern Chester county.  We’ll meet up in the Wegmans parking lot in Downingtown (1056 E Lancaster Ave, Downingtown, PA 19335) around 10:30.  After some catching up and instructions, we’ll meander south, through tunnels and over covered bridges on our way to the Acadian Wine Company in West Grove. There, we’ll enjoy some tastings of their locally grown and produced wines among the vineyards and nibble on some snacks provided by the club.  From there, we’ll head back north through some twistys and straights to our final destination at Stargazers Vineyard where we’ll have a picnic at their winery.

This year, we’re going to try something different for food.  While you’re certainly welcome to bring your own, we’re making arrangements with Bella Rosa, a local Italian eatery to deliver orders for us.
